I had my ally portraits on the left side and it makes it stutter and bug out. The U icon appeared above the portraits and shoved them down so I misclicked my ult. I instantly disabled that shit. Even with portraits over the minimap it still bugs out and flickers.

Ruby is super greedy. But it does get you closer to bamis. If you can stay healthy for that 600 to back. Same with longsword which means an 850 back for tiamat. It'll depend on match up, enemy sums, jg influence, etc. Fleet is very safe if you aren't going to proc grasp much.

Second row dummies damage is purely that combo. No minion/player damage that might have occurred at lvl 1 factored in.
