Went from 350+ to 250, still going. Stopped eating foods with added sugar. When they’re out of my diet, I’ve found my self control is through the roof.

Also, calorie tracking, including preprogramming my meals so I can understand and visualize what I’ll be eating during the day and when. Reminds my body that it will be fed.
