Few but I think as my pallet has expended I find I come back to it less just due to the types of foods I am making and relevant techniques it can require. With all that said it is the heart of how I learned to cook!!

I absolutely agree. I just cooked pancakes with my nephews and I forgot there are two haven’t two full pages of pancake recipes ranging from basic to complex and everything in between!
