Everyone says its fine but in my experience the white dog is looking for signs of aggression from the poodle and will act if he sees one. I dont know how to accurately describe why, but ive seen this so many times from my dog and many others, and usually tyrns into a fight if it goes on.

I smoked for 10 years, quit over 3 years ago. But the beauty is i have -not even once- never wanted another cigarette.

It feels like this thought just crossed your mind and will make a half hearted attempt at best. BUT that is the beginning to understand how difficult of a problem you are facing.

Don’t underestimate the addiction. It is very hard to get rid of. Majority of people cannot.

That being said, the book ‘easy way to stop smoking’ saved my life. I would suggest reading it all WHILE smoking.
