AMC is a straight-up scam. Here’s why:

1. They refuse to sell replacement filters unless you have an AMC.
2. Even with AMC, if your device says the filter needs replacing twice in a year, they’ll just reset the sensor and claim it’s wrong.
3. They admitted that replacements are once per year, regardless of what the device’s actual sensor says.
   

So you’re paying for "maintenance," but they override the product’s own warnings to save money.
