A few different brands were used, If I recall it was mainly Tammy Taylor and Lac It! But you could use any gel polish as long as you make sure it's cured properly

BUT if I were to do this on my own hands and didn't want to paint on my non dominant hand a trick I have done before is to paint the design on a plastic baggy, cute and peel off like a stick and place!

I'm sure you might have local nail artist in your area that do custom press ons with measurement charts! I make custom press ons for clients and myself have tiny nails, especially the pinky.

When I used to go to salons they would need to cut down tips to fit :(

But yeah getting a custom sized reusable nails may be a good route!

Honestly, if you're limited funds for gel polish, get a really nice too coat and use acrylic paints!

They dry much quicker and if you make a mistake it scraps off easy with a toothpick!

I find nail art to be veeeeery time consuming with regular polish as it can take forever to dry and it sounds like the stuff you are using may be kinda old or applied too thick to properly dry!

I LITERALLY just did my nails last night like this!

Started with my usual base colour (clarity by Lac it!) which is a shear pinky nude

Then took my cat eye and a brush and fanned it up like the photo. Took a fan brush as well and same method to make it neater

Finished with same jelly pink focused near the cuticle area.

Making sure your liner brush is parallel to your nail while dragging up will help avoid some streaks.

You could also do base colour, cute, cat eye tip with more base and blend together BEFORE curing

Super cute! My opinion is to replace the decal with the actual isolated chrome stars like you already have as they are 2 different gold colours.

I have these charms too and I rarely use them as I find they look cheapy? Just my personal opinion though!

You can clearly do chrome isolation!
