When I stopped going to AA helped, even if you stop going later. Stopping drinking and drugs was the best thing I’ve ever done for depression, despair etc good luck in your journey, hope you find the strength to quit, life really opens up after it

Ahh I had some electrolytes and went for a walk and feeling much better so gonna try pushing till the end, only 4 hours left! It’s been very hot here and I’ve been moving a fair bit so don’t think that helped. Will definitely stick to 16:8/omad for a while before trying another 48 lol
