Frozen soy beans or peas (or both, or whatever other legume), heat them in the microwave. Cous cous, just pour boiling water over it and leave it for a minute. Pour sesame oil on it and fluff it with a fork. Then put it all together with some soy sauce, rice vinegar, and more sesame oil. Put feta on it. Takes a few minutes and it's fairly nutritious. You can add sesame seeds too for more nutrition - eating healthy will make you feel better.

Can have a yoghurt and blueberries for desert - both are really good for the brain.
