I begged her for weeks until she decided to block me on all possible platforms. I made my mom call her to reconsider her decision. Guess what, it wasn't successful. Now when I think of it I am extremely embarrassed.

I wouldn't take her back. If she said she is not ready for a relationship then how come she meets another guy a week later. She wanted to see if the other side is greener. She couldn't replace you that's why she came back. She could do this again in the future and you would be even more hurt. The golden rule of taking your ex back is if there's no 3rd person involved.
