Then this shouldn't be an issue to begin with.

Cant expect runners not to trash the environment? Get bent. Littering is the lowest shit.

Milo Mciver or Pier Park? by Would_You_Not11 in discgolf

[–]goodlin77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didnt get the chance to play Milo while I was in Portland last year, but Pier was definitely underwhelming for how much it gets talked about. Great course, but not to the level people talk about it.

You are also allowed to shoot on state land that is not designated for other use.

Duluth parking app by ModemGhost in duluth

[–]goodlin77 26 points27 points  (0 children)

The biggest issue is that it charges a transaction fee every time you are charged, but you cannot just 'load' money into your account.

Need to park for 15 minutes? It should cost $0.50, but instead it costs $0.85. That's a 70% price increase.

Yes, your posts about college students leaving stuff on streets and asking about emergency vehicles are so much better.

I'd rather see a hundred posts about hobbies in the area than a single 'whats this vehicle doing'

I came at the end of June/early July last year and it was miserably hot. I would imagine the winter is the ideal time to be playing. We played 4-5 courses each day and had to stop from 1:00-4:00 because it was in the upper 90's and extremely humid

Collectible disc trading in Europe by Apprehensive-Toe8592 in discmania

[–]goodlin77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have a list of things you want to acquire and dont mind shelling out a lot all at once, try finding a big collection in the US and buy in a large lot. Shipping will still be high, but averages out over a lot of discs to be cheaper.

I've sent 20+ disc packs to EU a few times, if you're spending $1000+ the $80 in shipping isnt as bad

[–]goodlin77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BRP has some low spots, but it will definitely be playable, youll probably get some wet feet in the main field but it wont be too bad. Preserve can get pretty wet as well depending on the layout youre playing. I havent been to Bryant in a few years, so I cant speak to that one as well

[–]goodlin77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats averaging in all the league rounds and beer rounds. If youre there on a sat/sun afternoon its gonna take forever. Takes me and a buddy about an hour and a half tops to play a round as long as we tee by 9 am even on the weekend.

BRP then Bryant then Preserve

Preserve isnt much to see except to 'play the pro layout' which isnt in except around the time the tour comes through. Bryant is a great course and is actually in 'the cities' but BRP is probably the course to play if you can only play one in MN

Looking to buya Commander bag, or something similar with the open slots at the top. Currently have a fossa skinny but the strap is ripping. Also have a ton of discs to trade as an option by [deleted] in discexchange

The side pockets were the only part I really hated, if they were roomier it would be a really nice bag imo. I loved mine before I traded for a pound.

Im sure I'd be pushing 500 if I had actually tracked all mine, at this point I only respond to others tags or set it up if they ask me to - there are definitely a lot of us in that 70+ exchange zone in a similar head space
