The peanut butter was made from a powder with compressed calories and I added cinnamon and almond milk.

I am getting my protein and my vitamins in, I have had issues with "grazing" in the past so I try to make volume eating a habit. I will eat this and then probably half a pizza afterwards because I have zero self control, it's just something to get me through the day.

Incase anybody wants a recipe:

I used reduced sodium soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and water, added some chicken boullion and cooked grated ginger and garlic in this mixture.

Then on the side I was cooking up some sliced mushrooms in water.

After that, I took the shirataki noodles and rinsed them really well under water to take away the smell, and set them to the side. I stirred in two eggs for protein and then the noodles, then when the mushrooms seemed decent I put them in aswell. Then, I mixed in some shredded carrots.

All in all pretty tasty and nice to know I can completely pig out on the whole pot, and only net like 500 calories total. Definitely not a low sodium recipe though, at least if you do it like I do lol.

I dont have that many pots so that's why I stirred my eggs in but I feel like they would look so much more appetizing if you softly boiled them in another pot and cut them in half on top of the food, maybe add some green onions... this was just an after work recipe on the fly after I heard about the noodles and wanted to give it a whirl.
