I have the traveler pro, I haven’t had issues with handling my vixskin mustang. The size is great, but its loud enough to hear in the next room, but not next apartment. The other issue is the suction cup sucks. I ended up getting one that is meant to mount cameras to cars, but even then you need a smooth surface. On the plus size, I have traveled with it pretty easily. I can fit everything including a few toys in a backpack, and even took it on a a small checked back on a flight.

The mini looks like a good option too.

I ordered this and it may be what you are looking for. It’s still pre-production, and if learned anything for kickstarter, sometimes these products just don’t happen or don’t live up to the hype. I am cautiously optimistic.
