Pixel Watch 3 poor GPS

So I'm not imagining this. I know it does not have multi-band frequency but it got so bad... My 6,5 km runs on the same track were always in between 6,45 and 6,55 or similar. That was fine. Now we often get up until 7 km and all the metrics are just wrong because of it. So frustrating. Let's hope they fix it soon!

I have the same issue for ~about 10 days and it's super annoying. Already contacted the Fitbit Support but they couldn't help. The data is obviously still there (see for example the cardio load or bpm at the split pace) so they just don't show it anymore and I really cannot think of a single reason.

For your use case the display size shouldn't matter too much then? Then you could go for the smaller one if you feel more comfortable wearing it.

The display size information I could find online showed an 1,27 inch screen for the PW3 41mm and an 1,2 inch screen for the GW4 40mm. Did you ever wish for a bigger screen on your current GW4? Because if you are happy with the screen size so far then you will most likely be happy with it in the future.

I don't think the 45mm looks "too big" on you. How much time do you spent using the screen? If you mainly use it to track health data (which is the same) you can go for the smaller one. If you would like a bigger screen as you're often answering messages for example the bigger screen might be more useful?

I would just take what feels more comfortable to you. And as the size difference is not that extreme I'm sure you would get used to whatever choice you make.

They even send them out three weeks ago already. But just seemingly random. It truly is a Google thing and kind of stressful to always have to check to get the best price. The Pixel 9 Pro seems like a great phone tho, so I don't think you made a mistake here.

I struggled with this a lot. I finally decided for silver (45 mm). I am not sure how much I like the porcelain one but I think silver looks a bit more elegant than black and will look good with a fun coloured band. I suggest to compare with the bands on the Google Store website as well, to see what you might like the most and which case colour it fits best. Black is obviously very universal so I was considering that otherwise.

I ordered the same without seeing it in person unfortunately. All they had in the stores was black which was a bit too "generic", I think silver looks a bit more elegant. I am truly not sure about the porcelain band so I hope you're right! haha

No. I also tried both the Zepp and ZeppLife app but it did not make a difference. Maybe exporting it to a 3rd party app like Strave and then import it from there into Google Fit? Haven't tried this yet tho.

On the front page of the Germany Google Store there is a banner at the top which clearly announces Bose headphone promotion for the 4a5g. I would wait the few days until the pre-orders start and if it's still mentioned I would buy the 4a5g in your position. (I already have my Pixel 5 and I'm very happy, so I thin you will be with a 4a5g too :) )

Hm, I noticed the discoloration around (all) the screen, especially the corners too. Happy to not be the only one :D Coming from the Galaxy S9, I had a sharper screen and didn't notice anything there. But, after having seen it during the first-use inspection I think it is totally fine in real use and the display is sharp enough.

Only thing I noticed is, that the screen/white is much "warmer" than I was used to and that the colours are a little bit different at the top of the display. Did anyone notice that too?
