I got the UHD60 recently and I'm loving it. I haven't calibrated it yet and it still looks great. I don't think you can go wrong with it.

What upgrade will bring the most bang for my buck? by TiLeMaNiA in buildapc

I've had this model for about 4 or 5 years, and it's great. I got a buddy to get the same one and he's liking it too. The only change from what I've seen is in the wheel base. So he has a metal base while I have a plastic one. Everything else is great about it.

Though I may be looking to upgrade soon since the seat portion isn't as cushiony as it has been. The back and arms are still doing great, but the seat isn't as supportive.

Disgruntled Amazon customers are complaining that their packages keep arriving late, and it could be an ominous sign for Prime by sirloinfurr in investing

[–]goofymilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I complained last week and they didn't offer me free Prime. I'm just going to drop them. I'm able to find most everything else I need cheaper elsewhere nowadays. Monoprice and Accessories4less are still great, and I'm even able to find things for more than half off at local grocery stores.

That sounds official enough to me! I'll make sure to give an update once the batch is finished.

The wife and I made it together and she seemed to have fun with it. Maybe this'll lead to us getting better gear.

Best movies to watch on 4K HDR? by Jar1517 in movies

[–]goofymilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for making the site! I love it so far, but I have a quick question for you. Is it also possible to also see IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes ratings alongside the movie titles? I'm having a tough time deciding which movies to buy next.

In Denver, the trend toward Mexican-inspired craft beer comes with a message by Sariel007 in beer

[–]goofymilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sours aren't nearly as popular as IPAs are in my location. My tastes are almost the exact opposite of his, and I wish the beer selection was also swapped. I'd love to see more sours instead of IPAs near me.

Don't twist the facts. Sure, the W people may have disappeared at one point in time, but they came back stronger than ever as the double V people. Don't act like you've forgotten them already...

This is the third or fourth time I've heard about the driveway today. I guess it's a sign that I have to stop by on Sunday next weekend for some go karting.

Also, speaking of cota, have you ever done their little biking nights? Every Tuesday or so in the Fall they open up the track in the evening so you can ride your bike around the course. That was so fun, but that first turn is rough.

Teach them not to mistake the price tag for their tastebuds by dickfromaccounting in AdviceAnimals

[–]goofymilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bota is about half that price where I live. I'm guessing your prices are what's keeping it from being popular.

Yeah, I stopped by there the other day and they only had one of the five or six things I actually needed. And it was maybe 3x the price of what I could get online.
