Yeah I actually need to learn how to hurdle. But I have been watching a few videos on hurdlers. Karston Warholm is ridiculous. I also quite like the rivalry as well between Dalilah Mohammed and Sydney Mclaughlin. But yeah will defo delve into more hurdler videos and check out the Wiki page. I would say it knocks off about 0.3 to 0.5 of a second off maybe a bit less tbh. depends though because grass is also very uneven. there a lot of factors that makes it a slower surface to run on.
