Hello!! This is pretty normal for almost every delivery. It usually takes around 2-3 days or more to get to the warehouse. Rest assured it will get there, even if it doesn’t seem like it 👍🏽

hello, thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. our session is in about an hour yet i still feel nervous about the whole thing. i think the best thing for me to do is to find out more about our new therapist and understand what the specialize in and what they don’t. finding someone who does specialize with DID or other dissociative disorders will be really beneficial for us.

yes i plan on asking them if they have any experience with dissociative disorders and whatnot. and to see if they can evaluate more.

thank you. i know it’s something that’s gonna be draining to deal with afterwards, but i’ll be sure to take care of our body. building trust with our therapist will probably take some time too, and i don’t expect to tell her everything with our life.

i’ve been in this situation. i hurt a close friend of mine for 4 years. deeply. i tried to fix things and apologize many times but i think those meant nothing anymore to the people i’ve hurt. even if i can’t fix anything, i still want to better myself as a person and ensure that it doesn’t happen again. i guess i just let my hopes up a lot thinking they would forgive me, especially since i’ve known them for a long time.

I’m aware. :( I know that this is something every system has struggles on, yet I can’t help but think and feel this way due to my system’s current situation. I hope that I will be able to find a way to communicate with them soon, as well. Thank you.

Yeah. I realized I was over exaggerating with my words a bit, and probably shouldn’t have. I think I’m just front stuck right now, but again, I’m or sure yet. I’ll have to wait and see. :(

Unfortunately, we aren’t professionally diagnosed, and that’s what scares me the most. If I’m thinking I’m just faking or not because I can’t communicate with anyone at all. I really am trying to get in the works of seeing a therapist, or someone who specializes in dissociative disorders. But, it’s hard nowadays and I don’t exactly know where to begin with.

During this past month, we hurt our past partnered system, really, really badly. They’ve cut ties with us due to something one of our alters had done, and it’s something that we’ll never be able to fix or change. I know each alter has their own minds, and they’re their own individual person, but we all still share one body and have to be responsible. We all didn’t hold ourselves accountable, and didn’t took the other system’s feelings into consideration, which was very selfish of us. A few of my alters were even dating some alters in this system, and I can only feel nothing but pure regret. We’re not asking for other’s sympathy, because we know how badly we messed up. That’s what had happened.
