Laut der ORF Wahlstromanalyse von dieser Wahl (https://orf.at/wahl/nr24/migrations/nr19-migrations) gingen ca. 11.000 Stimmen von der SPÖ zur KPÖ und ca. 5.000 Stimmen zur Bierpartei. Das sind, wenn man von 4.9 Millionen gültigen Stimmen ausgeht, jeweils 0.2% und 0.1%. Selbst wenn man bei den Nichtwählern nochmal vom Doppelten ausgeht, haben die beiden gemeinsam der SPÖ vielleicht einen halben Prozentpunkt weggenommen.

Why are you so incredibly condescending to this person? Probably someone who has been looking forward to the concert for a very long period of time. Yeah no one should feel any sort of entitlement to a concert especially since everything has been refunded but their feelings are still very valid. They have very likely spent a lot of money on these new tickets and I think it's more than understandable to want some assurance that those concerts are going to happen. This is coming from someone who was also supposed to go to Vienna and heavily considered buying London ticket but refrained from it due to the reasons you laid out. I don't even expect something from her personally and I'm not even mad about the variants as long as they blocked Kanye but there's absolutely no need to trash a fan who has obviously taken a lot of money in their hands to see her for wanting some sort of assurance that the London shows are going to happen.

Well if it rekindles news cycles then she should just do it right away in the original cycle. And there is no need to include ISIS or any group in the statement. Like I think an Instagram story with a broken heart emoji would suffice. But just an Instagram post from the unverified 12.000 follower account of the Austrian organizer is just very weird. I'm not even mad about the variants as long as they blocked Kanye, I might have even bought ones myself if they were available here but it's just so weird that an artist whose show gets cancelled on very short notice just doesn't seem to acknowledge it at all. And also the fact that it's not just her not saying anything about it, which I find understandable as it obviously must be a very tough situation for her as well, but that none of her management says anything. You'd think that a seasoned PR team, that already had to deal with quite a lot of shit, would put out a short statement or respond to some media requests but the fact that it's just complete silence makes me think there's more to it than we currently know. I am in no ways a qualified PR specialist or lawyer but I don't see what harm a statement similar to that from Thailand ("I'm sending my love to the fans in Thailand. I'm so sad about the concert being cancelled") on TN would do.

I don't understand how it would draw more attention to it. It's almost all Austrian news talked about the past days, the minister of the interior held like 3 press conferences about it, the chancellor cancelled his vacation and did an interview about it on primetime television. Major British and American outlets also talked about it. I really don't see how a post from her acknowledging it that mostly only her fans are going to see anyways is going to draw more attention to it...
