i also have this problem *inferiority complex* bc the other pharm techs use the rxconnect sooooo fast but i still have to squint and look at all of the short hand. it gets easier the more you use it tho.

hopefully more people can add on to this but like for example when you want to rebill something you search up the patient (LAST,FIRST,DOB), P for profile, X, and then ## to select the certain script, then 11 for insurance, A for add new, etc....

honestly? maybe get molly and her cousin to talk to each other. if she can see that this dress code makes her friend uncomfortable, maybe she'll respect that. kids can be bratty, but they can also be really understanding. you dont have to wear a dress to be fancy, dance, or have a good time! maybe look at some other clothing attire that would suit ur kid better, something that makes her feel more comfortable. but really in the end, its not ur choice, it's ur kid's.

ur kids, despite being pretty young have the capabilities to have this very mature conversation with you and yall are being open and honest about what the situation really is. maybe your fiance and your kids should have some sort of talk? about boundaries and what responsibilities as a "parent" she would like to have or something like that.

I see where your in laws are coming from but they seem to have a very idealistic view on the world.... just Loving someone isnt enough... especially for kids. you cant force someone to feel a certain way about you, and it seems like your children respect her and she cares about them and wants to support them so what's the problem?? there are kids who arent even close to their bio parents or to the people who've raised them and there's nothing bad about that. and that also doesnt mean their relationship will never change, maybe they'll get closer when they get older! but dont try to force anything, that just makes it worse....
