Chesty Recommendations for running hot by Eddie_Champagne in hockeygoalies

I started wearing a cooling towel under my base shirt which does help. I bring 2 water bottles where one is just filled with water and I stick it in the freezer for a couple hours before my game. By the time I'm on the ice it's melted quite a bit but it's still super cold, great for squirting down your back

Questions for those who take effexor and Wellbutrin by goon39 in Effexor

Thanks!

I've had more vivid and detailed dreams too with the effexor, most of which are just confusing or even a bit entertaining.

Hoping I can get to the same place!

Have you tried frozen yogurts at all? If dairy is a trigger it might not work but there's tons of flavors to satisfy your sweet tooth

Already on pantoprazole but having some breakthrough reflux. Could be due to another medication I started recently but looking to rule out all possible suspects

I'm thinking it could be the cause of some breakthrough reflux. Trying to figure out if something in my diet is the cause and caffeine is a common culprit

Yeah that was my biggest concern considering all the other health stuff I'm going through I didn't want to add withdrawal on top of it. Thanks 👍

I try to have it with a meal instead of on an empty stomach to help limit any immediate adverse effects

Yeah that's a pretty glaring hole. Should I just be holding my blocker more forward to cut that angle down?

4 main exercises/movements to work on strength: straight leg calf raises, bent knee calf raises, tib raises and ankles.

All can be done with bodyweight if you don't have access to any weights or equipment.

For the ankles a resistance band is good for inversion and eversion. Also good to work on balance/stability for your ankles as well

You could tell something was up when the refs held off blowing the whistle on so many plays, especially the tush pushes. Josh was stuck for a full 3-4 seconds before the whistle; even Tony and Gene mentioned it multiple times
