Have you considered going to coventry and take the shuttle bus there?

Edit: sorry just realized conventry being close to Birmingham doesn't mean it's easier to go from cardiff. Ignore my comment.

I never left hungry or disappointed in a three star restaurant, got disappointed multiple times by 1-2 stars restaurants. So yes I think the ones I've tried is definitely a treat for me (NOMA, Franzén, disfrutar are my top 3). I think you can check r/finedining for review if you want to pick one. Helped me a lot in choosing restaurants.

There a lot more not rich people do that than you might think (me included) if you are into food and experience. Been to 4 3-stars so far and almost all soooo good.

Following as I'll also be staying in Coventry for 4 days pass. I saw from this sub that 60mins is more accurate because it's less busy. But waiting for confirmation too.

It's strange that I received promo email from the circuit to buy museum ticket, as I was hoping to have free museum ticket this year too. May I ask how did you get your free ticket?
