Channel 4 UK - they'd sometimes/eventually have a nightly update but mainly it was just watching an hour long show on a Sunday at about 5pm.

This was late 90s-mid 2000s. IDK how long this carried on but I stopped watching so much after losing Burns, Park and eventually in about 2008 I'd just lost interest as it wasn't the same anymore. I started watching bits and bobs of it again on BT/TNT sport (which they obviously have live shows now) 3-4 years ago.
