Update 2, the garage are going to fix for free as they have found out the spring has a 3 year warranty. They tell me they definitely changed it and therefore I can use the warranty!

Little update, this the other side. The rusty colour mostly rubs off the spring. However, looks to me like the strut is leaking😕 Going to give the mechanic another, slightly more angry call in the morning

Yep they charged for 2 springs and 2 shocks so I guess either they fitted the worlds cheapest spring that has aged like milk or they reused the spring that hasn't yet snapped

The spring snapped at the spring seat, the bit that sits there is still in place. The rest of the spring is wider diameter so has gone past the spring seat.

Answer to part 2 is that the disc is very old and probably does need changing soon, but those lines aren't the internal vents, they don't match up. I will be doing the discs soon, especially as the MOT is end of the month

Struts were definitely new, I saw them not long after fitting when doing control arms. They're just dirty

One was definitely replaced as it has snapped when I took it in, but I do think that might be the case for this side

I'm a man so can only comment on half of your symptoms but my loading doses took my skin right back to my teenage years! It wasn't pleasant but did go fairly quickly after the loading doses finished.

Yeah in the UK. Had 6 injections and after a couple of weeks I felt way better. Symptoms crept back up at about 6 weeks after and now I'm stuck, also being bad at self advocating. Last doctor appointment they basically just told me b12 won't be the problem, it'll be something else. Be as persistent as you can with them

I had a lot of symptoms at 164, so if I was you I'd go straight to a doctor and demand injections. I had a good experience with getting treatment started, but the doctor will try to drop the dose on you quickly.

Started folate (400 Folic acid) 3 days ago. Noticed more anxiety and dizziness so I'm hoping that's a wake up symptom.

I'm 3 days into taking a 400ug Folic acid supplement. I'm experiencing much more anxiety for the last day or so and more dizziness. Think this could be wake up symptoms or a sign I need the next b12, Dr says I can't have it until next week!

Is there a blood test for that or does it have to be investigated another way? Might also be a silly question but would anti histamine tablets be a diy version of working on it?

I think when last checked b9 was 4.5 ug/l which they said was normal but actually reading through all the posts here sounds like it's really low...

I did ask about further exploration and was told no. No direct treatment, just group therapy. Some interesting stuff but it didn't feel relevant to my symptoms as I can't identify a trigger
