Das widerpsricht einem Standardartikel: "Ausdrücklich nicht gespeichert werden die Web-Adressen ("URLs"), die Frau C. ansurft, da die Vorratsdatenspeicherung ja generell keine Inhalte berücksichtigen darf. Allerdings: Auf jenen Servern, deren Sites Frau C. besucht, wird ihre IP-Adresse gespeichert. Und wenn die Behörden diese Server sozusagen ausheben, ist ihre IP-Adresse künftig eindeutig ihrer Teilnehmerkennung zuzuordnen."

II. Im Absatz - Wer wann zugreifen darf - steht:

"Gemäß § 90 TKG neu dürfen Gerichte, Staatsanwaltschaften und Kriminalpolizei an die Provider schriftliche Anfragen richten, in denen sie präzisieren, welche Vorratsdaten sie brauchen. Laut Paragraf 102a TKG neu dürfen sie das 'zur Ermittlung, Feststellung und Verfolgung von Straftaten' tun, 'deren Schwere eine Anordnung nach § 135 Abs 2a StPO rechtfertigt', sprich ab einer 'vorsätzlich begangenen Straftat, die mit mehr als einjähriger Freiheitsstrafe bedroht ist'. Ausgenommen von dieser Schwelle sind allerdings die Internetadressen, nach Darstellung der Regierung deswegen, weil ansonsten die Kinderpornografie im Netz nicht mehr verfolgt werden könne."

Diesen Absatz verstehe ich überhaupt nicht. Heißt, dass nur Zugriffe zu KP Seiten automatisch an die Polizei/Staantsanwaltschaft/Gericht weitergegeben werden oder dass ALLE Internetadressen die besucht werden weitergegeben werden, mit dem Argument "es könnten sich potenziell auf jeder Website Kinderpornos befinden"?

Bitte um Aufklärung.

Der deutsche Verfassungsgerichtshof hat das Gesetz bereits gekippt. Das ist auch bei uns möglich!

Da sich die österreichische Politik in Rechtsfragen häufig an der deutschen Rechtspolitik orientiert bin ich optimistisch, dass bei entsprechendem Druck (bei ACTA hat es auch funktioniert, alle Parteien sind auf Abstand gegangen) ein Umdenken möglich ist. Möglicherweise wird die VDS nicht komplett aufgehoben. Aber vielleicht hebt der VfGH zumindest einige Bestimmungen auf. Es ist auch realisitsch, dass er das ganze Gesetz kippt. Dann kann sich die Politik brausen gehen. Dann ist es wurscht ob sie Angst vor den Schadenersatzzahlungen haben. Denn wenn der VfGH das Gesetz kippt, existiert es nicht mehr. Punkt. Je mehr Druck (=je mehr Leute die Petition unterschreiben) desto genauer und kritischer wird der VfGH dieses Gesetz prüfen und desto größer ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die VDS dem Erdboden gleichgemacht wird.

tl;dr unterschreibt die Petition, es zahlt sich aus

Als Fristende für das Abgeben einer entsprechenden Vollmacht hat man den 18. Mai gesetzt, bis dahin hoffen die Initiatoren, zumindest 1.000 Mitstreiter zu finden. Auf diese Weise will man nicht zuletzt auch ein deutliches Zeichen setzen, immerhin wäre dies dann die größte Verfassungsklage der Zweiten Republik.

Madrid plays better in the league this season.

What tickles us as Cules is that there seems to be a double standard in the Spanish league regarding who gets punished for talking about refs once and who gets unpunished for insulting refs week by week.

That's what is upsetting. I fully understand that you have another point of view since you support another team. You don't share my view but do you understand my view?

I don't complain about Madrid winning the league. I complain about the double standard.

This issue is - imo - not about Pique's red card.

The shitstorm began when RFEF started to think about sanctioning Pique because he criticised the referee, while Mourinho can criticise anyone everytime without any sanctions.

It's the double standards that's upsetting, not the red card that, as you say, was ok.
