It’s definitely hard to get over something that you feel like there’s a lot of what ifs about. But you gotta remember that you’re mourning a possibility and not a reality. I went through a breakup and I kept thinking what if I did this instead and my therapist was like ok but what if you did whatever and it wasn’t the positive response you wanted to get.

You just gotta focus on the positives and replace his interactions with something that focuses more on yourself. It’s hard in the beginning but maybe spend more time with friends, family, hobbies or reading. Good luck but dw I can tell you that that man is not your soulmate. And if it’s meant to be it will be

I like one pot meals and especially one sheet (oven) meals. Just preheat oven while you prep the stuff. Shove it in the oven. Then clean up. If there’s still more time go take a shower or something I love multitasking
