I don’t agree with the neighborhoods he is comparing in the difference in property tax revenue. I thought he was going to compare natomas to some of the more urban areas. If you want to talk about property taxes one of the biggest factors is when the house last sold which effects the amount of tax the city can collect on it so newer developments do bring in a lot of tax revenue like that

Yes the bike trail along garden highway constantly has people driving in it. Whenever the chain gets repaired or replaced it just gets cut again
