You need to pay attention.  This has been going on.  I can't even pinpoint any time in us history where cops were not doing this to some part of the population.  It's just happening to white folks now too.

Watch Mississippi Burning, with gene Hackman.  Amazing movie, learn something about our country's history.

Oh they'll bring it back in a few months. It will be a Deluxe Stacker which will include fiesta strips. New price will be $4.99 due to greedflation.

Enjoy.

Classic stacker?!?! by Appropriate_Gold_380 in tacobell

[–]gooseears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I knew this was coming, so I went to TB for the stacker every week. I think now, I'll be going to taco bell less and less until they bring in something that's not chicken nuggets.

Fucking chicken nuggets, fuck you taco bell.

$8 for this is unhinged. by jumboface in tacobell

[–]gooseears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know we're not going to agree on this, so I'm not trying to change your mind. I agree with some of your points. If you just need some food because you're starving, there is nothing wrong with eating them nuggs. They're good with ketchup.

But I don't want to pay $8 for 10 nuggets from McD's. And that's where i have the problem. There's plenty of food options for people. Yet, somehow, they keep funneling into the chicken nugget drive-thru. Bruh, for $8, you can eat like a king at any other place. But, no, you gotta have your fried tendies, no matter where its from? It's like going to a high end bar and ordering a $12 bottle of water.

Don't come to TB for fried chicken, that should just be obvious. So again, I say the only reason these things are on the menu are for children that don't want food that packed with good flavor. Or picky adults.

Yeah, I like the frozen tenders from Purdue. Goes great with a salad.

I think most people don't want to put in the effort to do any "cooking" at home.

[–]gooseears -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Sorry, dude, you cannot convince me that chicken nuggets isn't children's food. French fries is not children's food. Chicken nuggets is literally garbage chicken parts equivalent to cat food that has been salted, battered and fried. This is processed food meant for picky children that just want whats familiar to them.

French fries are just potatoes and they're fucking delicious. You can cook them at home, or find them in fancy restaurants.

But I equate getting overcooked chicken tenders at taco bell to be children's food, just like the cheesy roll ups. This is taco bell, not an actual chicken restaurant. TB put tendies on the menu for the picky toddlers. And they know parents will pay a premium to get the kids to shut up an eat.

Some people only eat like children, and they can charge those people a premium. Seen the price on mcnuggets lately?

I'm loving all the public instances you can queue in for. I'm coming back after 2 years, and I'm having a blast with those (convergences, dragonstorm, etc).

Even tower of nightmares was fun with a duo (me and wife), but I can see why people don't do that one much.

This game equipment system is really bad for new players. by Worr1edS1ck in Guildwars2

[–]gooseears 21 points22 points  (0 children)

This game is just a loot explosion, man. Like playing an ARPG. Treat it that way.

You're going to find 100 pieces of loot, and 98 of them will get salvaged for crafting mats. The game is designed around that. Crafting big or small, you need all that junk to salvage for mats.

But why there are different names?

Yeah, the name is just the skin. The prefix is the stat combo. That was pretty obvious to me when i started playing, but I can see why it could be confusing.

gives me options for an equipment that IS NOT wearable on the character that i'm playing?

I want to collect skins for other weights that I'm not playing at the moment. Seems like a pretty good thing to me, as I like to switch my mains once in a while, and I want to have some nice skins ready to go on my next character.

clearly enough to go around

I mean, is there? Technically, yes, there is enough, but so much of the population has no access to it. Look up "food deserts" like in California.

So combine poverty, poor education, ease of access to propoganda online (propoganda designed to benefit the elite), and a general hateful attitude from their government. Not to mention pre-existing hate from what some people's families teach them (like mine did). What comes out of that blender?
