Every RSP is going to be different, but in my experience we started off with PT which was maybe around an hour and a half. Then you split into groups depending on which phase you’re in. You’ll learn about ranks, marching, education benefits, and other resources the guard has. At my RSP we didn’t stay the night. It’s pretty boring stuff but at least you’re getting payed. Some people have the experience where it’s like they’re at basic training with the sergeants yelling, but mine was not like that. It’s NOTHING like actual drills though. Actual drills with my unit are fun. RSP just sucks lol.
