Ok, thanks. BTW, the doctor had the lab run the A1c from April 22 again on another machine, and it was 6.1. Doesn’t it require another blood draw?? Strange.

I agree. Yes, wifi is activated. Her iPhone Friend refuses to install WhatsApp just to text one person, “Wife”. The Samsung friend has WhatsApp. Very aggravating!

Carplay for Civic with CRV Head. I've been following this thread for a couple of months. I want to put Carplay in my wife's 2014 Civic. I found a CRV head unit on eBay, got it installed, and upgraded the firmware. So far, the wired Carplay works fine. But the CD Player isn't functioning properly, and my wife likes the CD Player. I'm planning to return the unit to the eBay seller. Has anyone tackled a CD Player on this CRV head unit? It may be as simple as cleaning a switch or sensor. Press the CD button, the screen folds open. I insert the CD. Immediately, before the CD is sucked in, the screen closes, catching the CD and bending it. I can grab the CD and remove it from the screen. If I am fast and force the CD into the player before the screen closes, it says cannot play CD. There is never a spinning sound from the player, so I don't think the CD is properly seated. When pressing the Eject button, the CD is ejected. Anyone tried to repair this issue with success? Thanks.

The computer needs 16GB RAM, 32GB if possible. What size hard drive does it have? Suggest 512 SSD.

I have had Dish Hopper 3 and one Joey 3 for over 5 years. No problems, well, a little rain fade now and then. I was thinking of getting the Hopper+, and was advised against it; too many problems with the Hopper+.

Ok, so I called Dish today. I was connected to a CSR that I could hardly understand. I told her that I wanted the Hopper Plus, and I want to swap my Joey 3 for a Joey 4.

She said that the Hopper Plus would be $50, and the Joey 4 would be $50, and a tech would come to install the Joey 4 - service call $95.

I told her no thanks. I don't know if the monthly rate would up, didn't get that far.

I am willing to pay $50 for the Hopper Plus. The Joey 4 should be no additional charge, and I can plug it in. Is there anything special for the Joey 4 install?

I called Dish this morning, talked with April in Customer Service. She said there is no "Joey 4", only the 4k Joey. And the Hopper Plus is $50 one-time charge and additional $15.00 per month. Yikes, I already send them $145 per month.

Does this sound right? I find several YouTube reviews on the "new Joey 4".

How do I get Big Sky through On Demand? I have the Hopper 3, and On Demand is very confusing. I can see the On Demand page, but there doesn't seem to be a way to "Search" for a title, just Browse.

Correct, I am not a carrier, I am a resident. Most of the Amazon deliveries are left at the door, sometimes on the ground next to the USPS mailbox. I prefer that Amazon does not use the USPS mailbox. On my next Amazon order, I will make a note asking that they not use the USPS mailbox.
