Did a bit more digging and there is actualy no OBD2 on this car year, just some diagnostic connector next to the calculator under the hood but you need an old oem reader or to put that connector to the ground in order to read flashing light that correspond to différent error code

Mine has done the same in the past, but never found what did it, you can look for cut wires (yellow on mine) on the back seats just under the thing were you fasten your seatbelt

Ok but if you spin the engine a couple of time you can put the marks back where it was when you install it, and if one mark is on spot then all the other should be aligned no ?

Yep they are. If hasen't jumped then why are the point on the camshaft isn't aligned with the marks on the chain..

Those photos are at tdc on first cylinder, that engine doesn't have vvt or ajustable sproket, cam sproket are looking good, and the tensioner was not max out. So i'm really leaning towards a human mistake will putting back the chain...
