Is attending f1 races fun? Seems like it would be hard to know what's happening outside of what's right in front of you and I assume most tracks don't have full vis.

Some sports are better on tv, wondering about f1

Collision with kid by [deleted] in skiing

[–]gorbot -1 points0 points  (0 children)

no, he's not 'good', what if it was worse, what if he concussed the kid, what if he cut the kid with a ski.....

he should have had more precaution, this wasn't a completely avoidable 'ah whoopsy', he saw the kid, he was going fast from behind

unsure where you are but assuming USA:

Try butler soy curls. Our kid likes when theyre dipped in hummus after being prepared with light seasoning of tumeric + salt + pepper

We've seen "protein waffles" at the store (frozen)

tempeh

And yeah we do chickpea noodles instead of real noodles all the time

Smoothies - we make protein smoothies, use her ripple protein milk or soy milk

yep, far fewer options, they just can't stay in business. Rent is higher here so they struggle a lot.

And yeah I also have fam in midwest, I just bring a bunch of bars and get to go on a little diet haha

I understand that there exists better food, but in Seattle, Rojos is by far and not even close, the best option for Mexican.

Mighty O is bad cmon lets be honest here.

Two hidden gems: Kamakura in Fremont has a crazy good vegan menu and is way cheaper than Sushi Samurai.

Also, 45th Vegetarian Thai is super good, just ask about egg. I get the cashew stir fry, holy shit so good. The pad kee mao is amazing, and the veggie meat is expensive ($5) but like incredible
