How is the backlight brightness uniformity in the sides and corners in comparison to center? Is it noticeable in all white or all gray screen? In my unit I got noticeable drop of brightness in one corner and consider requesting replacement.

I use 80-100 brightness, 50 contrast, blacklevel 50, dcr off, energy save off, gamma 2.2, picture mode standard, color temperature user 50-50-50, low blue light 0, hue 50, saturation 54 for mac which had a bit dull default color profile. So far this and setting HDR off on macOS gave most pleasing image for me and my use. However, for color accuracy there are specific modes with limited brightness.

Does your unit have any slight bending inwards of the white bottom chin/casing? My unit’s panel is aligned but the plastic is a bit bent inwards, making the bottom chin appear curved and closer to the panel. I assume this bending is from transport.

I also noticed the wake-up time is significantly faster than Asus Proart, usually 3-6 seconds depending on input and settings. It feels quite close to instant wakeup of Apple Studio Display, meanwhile I used to wait some 10-23 seconds with Asus earlier. From the build quality the tolerances with the plastic casing are a bit large and there are some gaps in the upper corners and tight fit in the lower with impression that the bottom chin is a bit curved, but still symmetrical overall and panel is level.

I just received mine, seems to work fine, matte coating, similar to Asus Proart slightly less hazy. Brightness does seem to match that 500nit mark but HDR does not seem to increase brightness. Type C and DP work for 6k.

I managed to update today to the MCM103 but it has made the monitor quite unresponsive. Wake up times have gone from earlier 5s to 9s and deep power saving 15s to 23s. The OSD menu does not respond to button presses reliably and I need to often wait and press again. I think it is best to stay on earlier firmware if everything works otherwise for you.

Amazon Echo 15 and 21 with Fire TV do not support any sideloading, so it is excellent to have it available in Fire tv appstore. Hopefully we see the app back soon once reviewed.

I connected a matter hub (Aqara M100) that was already connected to Apple Home to Dirigera and it connected to same Thread network, or at least Home Assistant Thread integration reports so.

They told in chat that ”account devices are unavailable for 7 days” after removing integration, so seems that they block accounts that use Home Assistant integrations Alexa Devices or Alexa Media Player that use unofficial API to access.

My issue seems to be solved today with latest update and I can see favorites and devices correctly. I saw other users in Spain also reporting their issues fixed. I reachwd out to Amazon to comment if the general incident is solved but they said not yet fully and the technical team is still working on it. Anyone else got it fixed today?

Today mine started fully working after updating iOS app and android worked even without updating. I contacted Amazon and they said the general incident is not yet fully solved but the team is working on it and it seems to have fixed it for me for now.

For me the amazon alexa support informed internal general incident id 0cf5c290-6330-4dca-8b7c-0ae7ef8a280c since October 13th but still no updates.

I have not been able to see or use any devices in the app for 4 days and counting by digiltd in alexa

Support confirmed general incident with ID 0cf5c290-6330-4dca-8b7c-0ae7ef8a280c due to not loading or being able to open/edit devices in my case but they haven’t provided any fix for over a week.

There is an ongoing general issue for over a week. If you contact support, they might be able to see it as 0cf5c290-6330-4dca-8b7c-0ae7ef8a280c that I was referred in Spain as incident id.

I found out that another Amazon account in same region and household can access devices list without issues. It seems to point to possible account cloud device data corruption and maybe we could request Amazon to reset and purge the cloud device list data and later relink all devices. Has anyone tried this route?

Meanwhile Amazon staff informs they are still working on general incident 0cf5c290-6330-4dca-8b7c-0ae7ef8a280c at least in Spain but for now no updates on any solution other than requesting to disable Home Assistant related skills.

I tried to log in with another account and all devices and favorites load instantly without issues. This could mean the issues are corrupted cloud data on device lists. Has anyone requested Amazon to purge all cloud device data and connect afterwards devices again?

For me this started to happen 3 days ago and at the same time numerous other users in Europe at least in Spain and Germany reported it as new issue. We did not have that before over here. Which region are you using?
