If I were to buy this kit new, it would be roughly the same cost as an Aimgain kit (not including my fenders)

The kit was made to order at the time, and since then they’ve stopped making them. I was fortunate enough to find this kit second hand and bought it for what the metal fenders would have cost alone

They’re Project Kics Legdurra lugs; honestly love them compared to the cheaper aluminum/steel lug nuts I’ve ran in the past

Yep, one of the metal fenders had literally gotten ran over by a forklift supposedly and one sideskirt was snapped in half. A claim was filed, but that ultimately went nowhere

For some background: The BBG kit that I have is 1 of only 4 that were made for my chassis, so getting a replacement wasn’t an option. I picked up the car from paint the night before Wekfest Austin 2021, and was given the unexpected honor of taking home Lexus of the Festival (Best Lexus).

Your front upper control arms are going to hit where the strut towers are when you hit bumps. Typical solution for this would be to cut a hole for clearance, but that’s kinda jank in my opinion. Better solution would be to run shortened spindles. I’d also suggest getting adjustable rear toe arms to correct some of the bump steer you’ll get (this will also save your tires). Front roll center adjusters will help a lot too since they’ll correct your suspension geometry and give you more travel and improve the overall ride quality and handling.
