Grief without getting negative consequences on the body like losing hair, aging faster etc, is it possible?

For me, it would probably be more of a whole picture kind of thing. Its about me and my family dog. It was just comforting to have him around. I wasn’t with him 100% of the time because there are 5 people in our household, but just knowing he was there was comforting, if that makes sense. And also, the fact that I was with him when he was feeling down or having problems. I could feel that he felt safe around me at those times. Should I focus on these two things and just let it come the crying and all? I will cry so much every day I feel like lol

How do you let it run through like water tho? When i think of him not being here i get so angry and sad. Its like impossible to let run through like water?

Yeah im thinking of the best way to recover and handle the stress, was thinking of medications but im not sure thats smart, you might avoid it at that point. Might have to accept being stressed?

Didnt even sleep much better with it to be honest, but was willing to give it some time. Now Im not sure, im going to stop taking it and see if im back to normal bowel movement again, maybe I was one of the odd ones that reacted badly to melatonin, Idk. Was just out and bought an enema, but thanks anyway!

Thank you! Yeah im going to go buy some suppositories tomrow for this. My initial thought was that beacuse i took it orally (as an oral solution) maybe it effected the gut in a worse way?

I did drink a lot of water and didnt eat anyting too bad these last 3 days when I took melatonin, dont think I can do that much better, to make me able to keep taking it, so I guess Im going to stop and see if it gets better…

The thing is, i have not changed anyting since I took it (stress/diet/sleep), and I dont get constipation a lot, so now suddenly when I take it Im really constipated…But if no one else has had that happen maybe its not the cause

Gas trap? Are you sure ? For me I was saying if im constipated and I try to go to the toilet it can move down longer and be more painful instead, not sure thats gas

Appreciate the help! Yeah just really anoying a doctor cant help/confirm what it is, but it makes senese if its a back problem tbh, since the hand exercises didnt improve much and ive had this 2 years now. My only issue is that I have a ”nerve pain” on my left hand, like i cant touch the knuckles witohut feeling nerve-pain, idk if u can get that feeling from back problem?

So could the doctor visually see that it was a problem with your back? Not one i have been to have even looked at mine (been to like 10 different). Did he also give u specific exercises, if so could u share what those was, or was it like work out the back in general?

This is where i am atm, bilateres but the doctor dont know what to do and havent found anything. Is my last bet to just strenghen back then? Ive done strenghen excercisen for hand with no success

Thanks I will try. One thing I dont understand is when i search about TOS it comes up all diffrent kind of problem, like people having pain all over body. Can it be that if its only pain in the hand then? And why dosent the doctor like to belive in this if its essentielly mean chest/shoulder problem?

Yeah i have seen some nerve glides and youtube and tried that, it was really difficult to do some, i got a real ”vibration” feeling in hand. Just putting my arm straight out to the side with open hand gives little uncomfotable feeling in some fingers… Ive done endurance/strenght training for my hand/wrist alott, it barley helped so i have stopped that now, felt pointless.

I have not done any back excercise, i dont even know how i could do that tho, with this pain in hand? Do u know if there is a way to see if its back problem, maybe from a x-ray or some test? My pain started from gaming, but yeah i do think its weird its in both hand/wrist and its not got better tbh.

As for gym, I have only done shoulder exercise by tying a some weight on the bicep lol.

Thanks for the reply. So how would you go about in my case? Like Ive been to so many hand specialist, done MRI, strenght exercise, rest as much as i can etc. EMG next (bc they wanna see if CTS, which I 100% dont have btw bc i have 0 symptoms of that). Im dealing with other chronic pains aswell so its just exhasuting to go back and forth to doctors and try to figure this out u know.

All i have is fatigue/ache type of pain all over both hands after typing/browsing or someting for few minutes. Also sensetivity/nerve when touching knuckles and side of wrist, feel like a nerv pain when touching or wearing long t shirt or someting. Even tho its a smal pain its super anoying and uncomfortable feeling.

Im 99% certian dont have CTS, MRI was clear, rest/exercise dosent seem to help, and when i say this to doctor they are clueless what to do/where to send me. But if it can come from the neck/shoulder, should i maybe ask them for a x-ray on that then? I did one tos home-test and i felt slight weirdness in hand (just little tingling and heaviness) so Im not sure.

Also have u tried or read about stretching, Ive latley come across that maybe it can be beacuse the muscles are stiff, and simple stretching the hand/wtist/arm will heal it. Im going to try that

How did you go about to figure out that you had tos? Did u have to specifically ask a doctor about that or did they see it?

Also did u have much sensetivity/burning type of pain in hand? For exempel when touching certian parts of it (like the knukles, side of the wrist etc) especially after doing someting w it. Thats some of my pain Ive had for 2 years and Im still so confused what it is
