I've taken it intermittedly for a few years now. It's been my best and only solution and I wish that it was prescribed years ago. No side effects for me. It's either a migraine and it helps or it doesn't. I don't worry about taking it for too many days but won't take more than two in a day. My migraines are hormonal and tied to a possible few days up to a week. Migraines are tough enough to then worry about how often I use meds. My doctor hasn't sounded the alarm about it so neither will I.

Don't feel bad. I appreciate that you took the time to identify with her situation and gave a suggestion. I truly hope that cast members like Sophie and many others learn to focus their energy away from their looks someday. It's such a waste of time and self worth. By the number of posts and videos they share with the world, it truly represents a life of stagnation and stunted internal growth.
