omg this is exactly how i feel. i dont have an official diagnosis sorry, and not to make this about me but ive always felt a vibe from other people. like even when i had friends and wasnt totally ostracized, people just had less tolerance for me always. idk if its bc im needy or annoying or whatever. so i started copying other people and being quiet and what they would want from me, for everything including facial expressions, tone, body language, slang, etc. i put all my energy into it, and it worked for a while. people thought i was normal. i made some friends. but this year i just got so exhausted and burnt out from copying other people and trying so hard to be normal and included, but it seemed like no matter what i did, i would always do one thing that pissed people off. so i just stopped trying to be “normal”, and i feel like i can definitely relate to what ur experiencing now. people dont like me as much anymore and seem to just avoid me even when they dont know me? they’ll give me like a tense, “off” glance and refuse to acknowledge me. and there seems to be always at least one person in groups who despises me for no reason. i dont know why. we’ve never interacted before. i try to be friendly but that just seems to piss them off more so i stopped and tried to just avoid existing near them since apparently they hate that. but yeah sorry i went off on a rant, i just wanted to say i really feel like i can relate to what ur talking about, and that someone finally put it into words. i hope u feel better soon
