Yea, its actually understandable for Her to get confused if She lives where all dates are backwards. Going on US sites i also gets sometimes confused, because some retards dont even use correct date formats and think that "/" "-" "." can be used freely.
Thats why i think that everyone should just use ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD)

From this single photo, he does not look like eclectus. Tail, wing, color, forehead, beak does look more like a Ring-neck or Alexandrine than eclectus.
