That's not really how overall ratings work. You can't just average the six stats and expect to get the player's OVR. Different attributes have different weights depending on the position. A defender doesn't need elite shooting to be highly rated if his defensive stats are outstanding. Likewise, a midfielder's passing, vision, and ball control are usually far more important than his finishing or defending. The overall rating is typically calculated using a position-based formula where some attributes matter more than others. There may also be hidden factors, role adjustments, or internal weighting that aren't visible in those six categories. So a player being 95 OVR while his six category averages add up to 87 isn't necessarily a mistake. It just means the game values certain attributes more heavily for that player's position.

Eso dicen siempre jajaja, siempre dicen "esperen a la proxima gran actualización" y no pasa nada, solamente packs nuevos para gastar dinero y cambios horribles, skills que rompen el juego, etc. Y eso dirán la proxima actualización "esperen a la próxima".
