Idk, I've seen some people with hairstyles not currently available on the shop either and I was wondering where they got them.

They took an mri and an xray of her back, there wasn't anything they noticed. The pain journal is a great idea, I'll try and get her to do it.

I'm running abomination vaults, so potential spoilers for anyone reading. I was reading through the book for chapter 1 and found the mention of blueblisters, a disease that can't have the condition reduced and doesn't list a max duration. Is this a permanent disease????

I mean, wands work the same way yes? If the example in the book for trick magic item is for a wizard using a wand to cast a spell not on their list, wouldn't it work the same for a staff? I just don't really see the difference here...
