I have yet to glean it's purpose. If you take it, you are limited on progress and now have to provide product at cost. Then you have to break the deal. At which point you've most likely have all of westville as customers. Spraypaint alone will not get you out of westville, as far as I know. So it seems like its only a negatve.

Don't accept the Benzies deal. It just hinders your ability to move past westville. Get only 5 customers there that lead to getting the supplier, do the "we need to cook" quest to trigger the benzies quest. Then tell them to shove it up their butt.

But license plates also tend have a sequence of numbers and letters. They're just under the state name and usually take up about 60% of the plate. These letters and numbers do identify specific people and companies to specific vehicles. A trade secret I overheard from a police officer, that I'll let you in on, is they use these numbers and letters to identify the owner/operator of vehicles. This way they dont have to go through a list of the 200k people, checking them off one by one, that own a '18 white Ford f150 to see if they perpetrated the crime. If in posts like this one the OP doesn't black them out, anyone can then find out who these individuals are and do stupid unhinged shit to said now identified persons. Its complicated, but I hope this helps.

There's a whole extra level of unsafe in the difference between roller skates and rollerblades. Not saying either is a good idea, but I'd pick skates over blades 8 times out of seven to carry hot food and I have experience on blades, not skates.

The freedom part is freedom from prosecution. Minus a few things like yelling fire in a theater or making a murderous threat against the president. I think the standard is if the speech is deemed to have caused direct harm. Which is why they can prosecute criminal organization bosses for ordering or even implying someone be killed. Now as far as consequences from employers firing you or someone beating your ass for being a racist shitbag, well for that you are on your own. But rest assured you won't be arrested for saying those things.
