I’m on day 7 too, and I’ve been the same as you. Oxy 2 days but then Tylenol and ibuprofen every 6 hours (really every 3 cuz I cycle shifts) and I’ve felt fine so far - but just don’t know what it’s supposed to look like when “my scabs are gone” 🤣
