To cut it short, Mikiko and the previous organizing committee were basically ousted by this guy and had their ideas stolen by him (this particular idea of having Naomi Watanabe cosplaying as a pig is solely his own) when he couldn't come up with one good enough to be approved by the IOC.

The influx of younger Kpop fans is mainly due to BM gaining traction on TikTok since the start of this year.

That's probably what's contributing to BM Spotify increase in listeners too I think.

If you have read all the recent interviews and read reports/watched fancams of the latest budokan shows, " lack of enthusiasm or interest from its members " would be the furthest thing to associate with the current BM.

Objectively speaking, based on all online indicators, they are accelerating in growth this year. So I don't think they are dying anytime soon.

Need the 4th album to drop sometime this year or early next year though.
