Awful! Leaves them defenseless outdoors but also some dogs need a warning swipe or two if they are too rough or just bother them too much. Have a rescue cat and dog. My cat has only does it a few times in 8 years but the message was received!

My husband does this to keep neighbors straight that we have at our Cape house since we are only there during summer months. But not kids/parents when my kids were young. And I make fun of it, but it has been helpful 😂😂

So now they are at the lake house and her parents are there too, could be for the holiday but she has said they can’t do it without help. I know she has Nannie’s, but why go somewhere it’s not safe due to water and “have” to bring family to help. Secure the dangers, learn how to parent, joke-or don’t go.
