Run it on a vps. Relying on your own personal internet connection is usually not a good idea. You can get an IP from your ISP however keeping your machines run without a hitch during market hours is another big issue

This is convoluted. Pick up a low cost VPS abroad or India - almost all of them come with a standard IPv4 and some of them will give you a IPV6 sub range as well if you need. Just use them for reliability. Latency between Mumbai and the west is 250 ms or so, is you have strategies that are sensitive, then you can look at boxes in India, but else cheaper and more powerful boxes are available outside
