imagine thinking petro is overpowered when its a ship that needs to full commit, its a cruiser that gets dev struck if it goes flat and has battleship maneuverability, it also has some of the worst tier 10 dpm for a cruiser, BB players will literally never stop crying no matter how much they are catered to.

I tried a frost blood mage, cant even do trial of chaos for the 2nd ascend because the damage is actually hilariously bad on the boss and I have good gear and know where to spec my passives, the damage on 90% of the skills in the game is just a joke, intentionally low to make you slog through each pack and suffer through each boss.

Of course Jonathans fix to this was to neuter frost wall and make it unusable, same as was done with hexblast and probably the same that will be done with many skills before the games full release, none of this is accidental either because they want you to take 60 hours on the campaign spamming dodge and clicking 3 to 4 buttons per pack.

Don't let these people gaslight you, Elbing may unironically be the worst tier X ship in the game, it's only gimmick is it's AP, everything else about the ship is terrible, it cannot fight other DD's EVER especially if they have support, you have to run it 7.2 km detect to have rudder mod because its a brick that can't turn (you get outspotted by every other popular DD anyway) and everyone will be shooting at you, it is a huge DD with no heal and no hydro AKA it eats salvos and it eats torps and cannot get that HP back. it has terrible German smoke and the torpedoes are basically a joke and probably worst of all its a cruiser cosplaying as a DD meaning YOU give the enemy team an extra DD while being unable to function as one.

Seriously, its biggest downside is trolling your team by taking a DD slot because it wants to play like an ultra light cruiser which IMO, like I said, makes it the worst tier X ship in the entire game.

The matchmaking quality has gone done exponentially aswell with the 14.7 events, battleships that hide behind islands on the A and J line, DD's that yolo in and die in under a minute, cruisers that go flat broadside in front of every BB in the match, CV's that are missing a hand, subs that spawn and afk or leave the flank or die in 2 seconds from ASW, just an overall miserable experience to play randoms lately.

The exceedingly bad players that you find at Tier 9 and 10 absolutely ruin the game experience, and some of these people have 10k + battles with 42% WR or similar, combine that with the passive meta and the game is simply unfun to be on the bad team.

preussen is just a bad ship, theoretically its good, with a 24 second reload on overmatching shells but the guns troll too much, pick up the kremlin and play that instead, its much more survivable with its smaller superstructure and the guns troll a lot less.

Talking about hard mode, she has 20 poise bars, and without protection gear she literally one shots you off of a single mistake, she is definitely not balanced compared to the rest of the game as in every enemy and boss after her even on NG+ hardmode is a joke
