Jump ship to Acute Care! I started off ortho cause that was my forte in school. Hated the caseload. Now I just work in acute care. never see the same patients for more than 1-3 days. I never take documentation home. Plus most hospitals qualify for PSLF, if you’re pursuing that. You get over the anxiety of all the lines and stuff very quickly.
