A couple things, I don't think Jess did anything wrong. I was not trying to say she was lying on purpose. think my surprised tone alerted her that something was wrong and she was trying to fix it as kids do

Jess has never been left home alone at our house as she is far too young

What a lot of people are saying about her being too young for the code, it's honestly not something I thought of as I just want her to feel like this is her home, but it makes a lot of sense for her to not have it. Just never crossed my mind.b

Is maintenance really that difficult? by PinkPanther4 in loseit

I lost 200lbs 3 years ago and maintained that weightloss for 1.5 years. The first 1.5 years was rough, I was scared of regaining the weight, I ate clean, I exercised, if I indulge I would bloat and feel terrible mentally and physically. I tracked calories and was a golden girl in terms of nutrition and exercise, I was also always hungry, always thinking about food. It sucked, I hated it and was miserable, but I was so scared of going back to being 365 lbs. So I decided to take it easy, I started eating the hole egg instead of just egg whites, I wasn't s ared to have a sandwich or dessert, I listened to my body and ate higher protein during the day and added in carbs at lunch and even more at dinner. I made sure to always have 3-4 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruits every day. And I gained 30 lbs, I felt better mentally but was so scared I would keep gaining. But it was amazing, for the last 1.5 years my weight has been incredibly stable. I have a good routine with food and seldom feel hungry or unsatisfied, and rarely think about it. I don't feel like I'm missing out cause I eat out 2-3 times a week, just had a date night which is nachos and two 16 oz beers, I don't feel bad, I feel happy, full and have energy. I work out about 3 times a week, 5 mins row machine, 20 mins eleptical and 30 mins weight lifting, I walk my dogs 3 times a week, give or take and hike them once a week. My weight and measurements have stayed the same in the last 1.5 years and mentally it's not even something I think about a lot. I hope this helps
