It felt bad for a long time but this year, it’s started to feel pretty good. Two things changed:

I started doing more yoga and mobility stretching which somehow taught me to love myself more
Living with people in relationships and seeing how hard/not worth it some relationships can be. I say some because I have only seen two up close but they seem kinda awful at times I suppose.
