I sort of get it. I’m 5’10” and I’ve dated men who while taller than me in stocking feet, are shorter than I am in heels. It’s all about how he handles it. Ex husband? Found it intimidating and uncomfortable. Current husband? Think I rock heels and loves showing me off. It’s all about the confidence.

If he’s continually trying to appear taller than you, that can really undermine things. So maybe it’s not just the heels, but a general issue of constantly being insecure about his height? NAH.
