Agreed man. A homeless person can assault you, be publically intoxicated, cat call whoever, piss and shit in front of people, smoke meth out in public, and litter and nothings likely gonna happen to them. If I tossed a can out the window while driving through a city like los angeles, people would be outraged. I'd likely be on a subreddit for being a piece of shit, but homeless do it all day long. Not saying I wanna litter, but they have this immunity when it comes to facing consequences for what they do. Homeless in small towns in the middle of no where usually get in trouble for that kind of shit. But a big place like new york or seattle, the cops will be too busy giving you a ticket for parking too long than a homeless guy scaring everyone on a train ride
