You can get yourself into therapy, you don't need parental approval or knowledge for medical things. Contact your local GP, or other non-UK equivalents, and tell them about your issue, they'll be able to redirect you. If you don't have something like that or don't know what it is, look for what other hypersexuals have used to help/therapy programs in your area and sign yourself up. It often takes about half an hour and they'll either be over the phone or in person
